In conjunction with Arewa, Me Too

Please join Favour Ritaro for a discussion of the apexart Open Call exhibition Arewa, Me Too, a presentation organised in collaboration between MA Curatorial Practice, University of Bergen and Kunsthal NORD, generously hosted by Kunsthal NORD in Aalborg, Denmark.

Centering her curatorial process for Arewa, Me Too, Favour will focus on works by Halima Abubakar, Judith Daduut, Martha Panshak Dasat and Maryam Umar Maigida. She will contextualize the importance of presenting Arewa, Me Too at the Yasmin El-Rufai Foundation in Kaduna, Nigeria, and discuss the curatorial and art landscape in Nigeria today.
