TRIBUTE Online Curatorial Tour

In conjunction with TRIBUTE
Tune in for a livestreamed walkthrough of TRIBUTE with curator Anh Dao Ha, an exhibition honoring the Asian American artists who helped build DIY, punk, and counterculture, and who remain largely missing from those movements' histories.
Taking its name from the graffiti tradition of painting tributes to keep an artist's name in circulation, TRIBUTE brings together sculpture, installation, and zines by artists who came up through riot grrrl, punk bands, zine networks, and early online communities, and who carry those methods into their practices today. Join from wherever you are to hear from the curator about the histories behind the work and the research that shaped the show.
No RSVP needed—just tune in to Instagram live @apexartnyc.
Anh Dao Ha is a curator and cultural worker based between New York City and Saigon. She is an MA candidate in Curatorial Studies at the Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College (CCS Bard).
