In Egyptian mythology, the God "HU" represents the breath of creation and power of the spoken word. Hu is the personification of Divine Utterance and the sound essence of the first breath from which all things formed. The Hu(e)man Circle is an experience of sound, breath, and movement designed for bio-energetic synchronization and activation of our inner creative powers. No meditation experience is needed. All are welcome.

She is a Yoga Alliance certified Hatha Yoga instructor, Kemetic (Ancient African/Egyptian) Yoga instructor, Thai Yoga bodywork practitioner, Shamanic and Reiki attuned healer, and has a BA in French and MA in Creative Writing.
