The Primordial Foundation workshop will offer a facilitated group movement experience that fuses yoga, energy work, and embodied movement to assist participants in creating a collective and individual vision of expanded consciousness through a re-connection to our Primordial foundation.

Luminous Shift is an integrative blend of energy modalities and vibrational essences to shed old patterns for deep subtle body healing. We will be working with kundalini yogic technology as well as applied topical flower/ crystal essences and tapping for a high vibe shift.

Raquel Griffin is a native New Yorker and holistic healer with an extensive background in somatic movement. She holds a Mastership in Reiki and certifications in guided meditation, Vinyasa yoga as well as from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Raquel works with clients in groups & individually offering spiritually based transformational coaching.

Valerie Oula (Saranjeet Kaur) is the founder of Modern Ritual NYC, a holistic lifestyle offering for mind, body and soul. Through her training as a kundalini yoga instructor, reiki master teacher, as well as in hypnosis and past life regression and many more healing modalities, Valerie creates an energetic sanctuary for her students and clients to unwind and heal.
