Where are you in space and where do you want to go? As soon as we think of an action, our muscles begin preparing to carry it out. Let's Move forward. Let's move up. Let's move with a strong backs, remembering what came before us. Let's move with joy and insatiable curiosity, eyes wide open to see what we're creating. 3 individual sessions (30 minutes) RSVP required

In Chakra Healing + Mandala Making, we will learn about the unique qualities of the 7 primary chakras of the body. From the root to the crown, we will explore the colors, elements, archetype, organs, and traits associated with each chakra. Learn tools on how to read your energy-field as a gateway for personal understanding and self care. Awaken your inner-eye and relax in soothing guided healing meditation. Gift yourself a loving experience of renewal and let your chakra radiance shine. Following the mediation, materials will be set up to capture feelings, images, and insights in a peaceful session of mandala making. The artwork you create will be a touchstone of your journey, a gift for yourself and the world. All materials are included and no experience is necessary.

The Primordial Foundation workshop will offer a facilitated group movement experience that fuses yoga, energy work, and embodied movement to assist participants in creating a collective and individual vision of expanded consciousness through a re-connection to our Primordial foundation.

DJ Spooky (Paul D. Miller) will present and perform recent projects and compositions such as "Sinfonia Antarctica," “The Heart of a River,” and "Heart of a Forest." He explores how to remix some of the ways we think about traditional forms of music versus digital interpretation of nature.

Dash the Minds (Taryn Stanton) will perform songs from his album "Interview with A Starchild" as well as debut new songs and freestyles.
