Aio Henry is a multidisciplinary creative, based in Rarotonga, Cook Islands. His work engages with genealogical and historical inquiry, drawing on archival materials and intergenerational narratives that inform his writing, poetry, music, film, and choreographic practice. Trained in filmmaking, he works collaboratively across artistic disciplines, with ongoing research interests in the relationships between people, places, and the ecological and cultural continuities of navigation, land and sea.
