Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on modality that uses gentle pressure to manipulate the skeleton and connective tissues. With this method, tensions and blockages are identified and released, the central nervous system is relaxed, and our own innate healing ability is enhanced. By complementing the body’s natural healing processes, CST helps the body return to balanced and normal function. It bolsters resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of ailments including: chronic neck and back pain, central nervous system disorders, scoliosis, chronic fatigue, insomnia, temporomandibular joint syndrome (TMJ), immune disorders, and migraine headaches. 5 1-on-1 sessions. RSVP required. (All sessions are booked for this event.) Please wear loose comfortable clothing.

Stone Essence Journey is an opportunity to have a conversation with some of the oldest beings on Earth. Participants will intuitively select stones to create an energetic essence, and then be guided in meditation to learn from the stones themselves. The energy of the stones will go home with participants to aid in healing and self-discovery.

Have you been labeled or do you feel too emotional or overly sensitive? If a friend is distraught, do you start feeling it to? Do you often find yourself overwhelmed by the suffering in the world? Are your feelings easily hurt? Do your nerves get frayed by noise, smells or excessive talk? Do you overeat or overdrink to cope with emotional stress? Are you afraid of becoming or are you engulfed by intimate relationships? If you answered yes to any of these, then this Empathy Empowerment workshop is for you. In this workshop you will learn tried and tested tools to become empowered by your sensitivities. New York can be taxing and overwhelming for anyone, but especially for a highly sensitive empath. Without the proper tools to cope we can become depressed, dejected and dispirited. You will learn to view your empathic qualities as gifts rather than burdens through understanding and new healthy habits.

Diana Nahim, RN, BSN, CST, is a certified reiki practitioner, intuitive healer and craniosacral therapist.

Sarah M. Chappell is a born intuitive and healer based in Brooklyn, NY. After a decade-long battle with addiction, she was reinitiated into this birthright in order to serve her community. Sarah believes that we each have the ability to create our own well-being, and that every challenge is an opportunity for deep healing and rebirth.

Rebecca Conran is a Certified Holistic Life & Wellness Coach (CHHC) and Integrative Energy Healer. She received her nutritional and holistic coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and practices the Dr. Usui method of Reiki along with other energy healing techniques. As a psychic empath and a clairsentient, Rebecca acquires psychic knowledge through feeling. This means she is able to clearly pin point areas of disease within the body, mind and spirit, and through her understanding of health and nutrition as well as energy, she brings her clients back into balance holistically.
