Reiki is an energy healing technique which originated in Japan. It involves gentle, light touch healing work, tapping into the physical body, the mind and the spirit. The experience encourages relaxation and leaves you feeling rejuvenated; creating a meditative, giving space, which is restorative and healing to the body and mind. 6 people per session, RSVP required
While new moons have to do with creation, manifestation, birth and rebirth, the full moon completes the cycle, representing death, change and tying up loose ends. The full moon represents both culmination and completion, the end of the chapter, and it sheds light on what we no longer need to hold onto. This Full Moon in Taurus ceremony will be dedicated to purging and releasing what we have been enlightened to let go of and creating space for forgiveness, gratitude and love. In this Intuitive Transmission group hypnosis workshop, we will work together to gain the keys to open up your intuition and decisions from within. Dialoguing to remove the blocks for you to be more confident in your choices and decision making process. This workshop will include tools on how to access your inner intuitive. See your present and future path you would like to create, or shift the view from the present. Therefore creating a sense of calm in your daily life. When you trust yourself, the more empowered, stronger and happier you can be. Erika Spring musician (Au Revoir Simone & Nice as F**K) and Reiki Master will be layering beautiful synth sounds especially for this evening. Katrine Knauer has been a nomad, living in Barcelona, Vienna, London, Oakland, and now New York City. She has delved into various projects over the years, including making a documentary film (Las Calles Hablan) and curating a traveling exhibit on Barcelona street art. She is currently focusing on making herbal medicines, stitching, and practicing Reiki. Rebecca Conran is a Certified Holistic Life & Wellness Coach (CHHC) and Integrative Energy Healer. She received her nutritional and holistic coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and practices the Dr. Usui method of Reiki along with other energy healing techniques. As a psychic empath and a clairsentient, Rebecca acquires psychic knowledge through feeling. This means she is able to clearly pin point areas of disease within the body, mind, and spirit, and through her understanding of health and nutrition as well as energy, she brings her clients back into balance holistically. Debbie Attias traveled the world singing and dancing with her booty-rap, feminist, punk band Avenue D. She has been curating fun, DJ-ing, throwing parties, and bringing people together for most of her life. She currently teaches unique workshops abd Dancorcism classes in Brooklyn and throws retreats. Shauna Cummins and Morgan Yakus, two Hypnotists from New York City, have come together to form UNLIMITED, a collaboration of hypnosis inspired performances, salons, and workshops. As artists and wellness practitioners, their work demonstrates Hypnosis as an effective tool for self-healing, a powerful method for creating, and, in and of itself, an independent art form.
