PUBLIC PROGRAM

Mural Painting for Kids

Sat, July 17: 2-5 pm

Create your own New York! Kids 6-12 are invited to represent New York as they imagine it in 20 years.

Materials are provided on site, just bring your creativity!

This year apexart has developed a series of programs for kids ages 6-12 and this summer we've invited artist Yana Dimitrova from Groundswell Mural Project to guide participants in creating a panorama of a future New York which will decorate apexart for the duration of our Almost Famous Reading Series: Summer Edition in July. Our aim is to encourage creativity and provide a space for its expression, giving children the tools to make images from their minds into reality.

Please join us.
All events are free and open to the public.
