WINTER GUEST

Wednesday, December 16, 6:30 pm

WINTER GUEST is an appropriation of a Dutch TV show concept staged live in apexart’s exhibition space. Zomergasten (Summer Guests) gives its invited guest the opportunity to curate her/his favorite TV night. The selected fragments are shown and function as the starting point for a conversation between the host and the guest of the program.

Associate Professor Line Halvorsen is a curator and artist based in Oslo, Norway. She graduated from the Art Academy in Bergen, Norway, and Malmö, Sweden, in 2005. Previously she was doing Literary studies at the University of Tromsø and also a Film foundation school in the islands of Lofoten. Line Halvorsen was recommended to apexart by Will Bradley, a curator, writer, and musician based in Oslo, Norway.
