On December 3 apexart and Bad at Sports will inaugurate the start of a beautiful friendship. Bad at Sports the incredible podcast team including Richard, Duncan, Amanda, and Tom will interview apexart's current International Resident Patricia Leal (Portugal) for the first in a series of artist-in-residence interviews. Ms. Leal is a filmmaker and documentarian from Lisbon, who attended the Independent Study Program of Visual Arts at the Maumaus School of Visual Arts. Over the course of the series, the Bad at Sports team will grill and provoke apexart residents in increasingly ridiculous scenarios while talking art, residencies, the role of conversation, and the inspiration that comes with travel. Ridiculous scenario #1: Ox-Bow cabin, Miami Beach, Richard Holland dressed up like a pirate. More info on this scenario.
