Join Dr. Macnab, Cryptozoologist, as she explores and explains the origins, symbolism and hoaxes that populate the field. Hear tales of sightings, notorious exploits, scandals and fantasy that surround these tales and the science that guides Cryptozoologists.

 

Dr. Alexis Macnab received her PhD at The Royal Scottish Academy of Zoology in Inverness, Scotland. While there, she participated in numerous studies focusing on Loch Ness. She is the founder of Scots Supporting Rights for Cryptids (SSRC), a community activist group. She has had two "Nessie" sightings and is also the author of Sight, Site, Sound & Myth published in 2006 by University of Kilgallan.

Note: Tours begin promptly from the apexart atrium and last approximately 20 minutes. If you arrive during a tour, you will be asked to wait for the following one.
